Open Question: Books similar to "The
Hi all. I really love the arguments and warrants made by that book, however it is too outdated (1998) to use for the argument I want to make in Speech & Debate. He argues that government transparency is key to solving societal issues. Are there any similar and much newer publications I could seek out?

Resolved Question: What are David Brin's
Based on his critiques for Star Wars and Fantasy, he seems to have a lot of liberal tendencies. I know that he vows for transparency and is against actions of Neo Cons and Plutocracies.
