Resolved Question: Are Freeman Dyson,
That so-called "climate scientists" are hired to support a predetermined conclusion, i.e,. that man-made emissions are causing Global Warming?

Resolved Question: What makes Freeman Dyson
I recently asked a question about what people think of Freeman Dyson saying a good scientist should be a skeptic.
http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ak3KMb0ae8lUfapWtf4HL1XBFQx.;_ylv=3?qid=20130406020421AAngtsb
One of the answers I received stated.
"You should read the Wiki article on Dyson. Maybe it will teach you the difference between a skeptic and deniers like yourself. If you don't like Wiki (Dyson does) then read what Dyson says, not some spin doctor's "interpretation".
I admire Dyson and am not about to disagree with him on the science. I find it ironic that deniers of global warming think he agrees with them. I also feel that's pretty good proof that deniers don't bother to research anything to do with their opinions - they just look for talking points."
Granted I don't know a lot about Freeman Dyson but I agree with him that a good scientist should be skeptical and I think there is a lot of skepticism missing in climatology. From what I've briefly read about his views on climate change, they don't seem to differ much from my own or from most of the "deniers" viewpoints I've read on YA.
From Wiki:
Dyson: "I'm not saying the warming doesn't cause problems, obviously it does. Obviously we should be trying to understand it. I'm saying that the problems are being grossly exaggerated. They take away money and attention from other problems that are much more urgent and important. Poverty, infectious diseases, public education and public health. Not to mention the preservation of living creatures on land and in the oceans."
I believe CO2 should cause an increase in temperatures. I don't believe it is warming as fast as the IPCC has predicted (it's not in fact, alarmists know this and it makes them angry when people point it out). I don't believe there has been an increase in "Extreme Weather" either. I don't believe we should be panicking or throwing away money to fight something that's been completely blown out of proportion.
I know Dyson is not a climatologist. I'm just wondering how his views make him a "skeptic" and my views make me a "denier".
