Resolved Question: Why did Jeff Timmons from
I was about to call up the next customer in line where I work. Jeff Timmons from 98 degrees and his friend stopped me to ask for directions to somewhere. Before I answered Jeff's question, I got all excited and said, "Oh hi Jeff!" When I did that, he had a big smile on his face. I told him that I talk to him all the time on Twitter. He asked me what my Twitter name was and I told him. When I told him, he said, "Oh yeah! I remember you!" He shook my hand and said it was nice to meet me.

Resolved Question: Help! on thick and
It's been a year of workout self training at gym without trainer, but my chest is not nicely forming.
How to tell I'm lifting the weight using chest instead of arms? I always feel my arms do the work.
What I usually do are cable flys, dumbbell flat, incline and decline bench press. Low rep (6-10), heavy weight twice a week and repeat the same thing over and over. I seldom go for barbell bench press. Because I dont feel the pump feeling on my chest.
My pecs actually look big in a t-shirt, but the fact is my outer pecs (near my arms) itself bulging, my inner and lower pecs does not seem to form properly.
So my question is how and what workout should I stick to so can form a fully and rounded thick chest? Instead of big on outer pecs which make me look so not balance.
Something like this shape which I'm aiming for:-
Any help? I'm referring to
Jeff Timmons -
