Resolved Question: Are you guys going to get
Colour Me Free is the forthcoming fourth studio album by English soul singer Joss Stone, expected for a July 2009 release.
Stone stated that the album was written and recorded in about a week in Devon in early 2008, along with musicians and writers. It was recorded at Mama Stone's—a music venue in Wellington, Somerset, owned by her mother, Wendy Joseph, which also enjoys recording studios and writing facilities—, where Stone also kicked off a promotional tour of concerts in several cities in the United Kingdom, including Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, and Dover.
I heard it will be more seventies soul oriented
As an avid soul music fan i am a pretty good critique
In my opinion after her release of Introducing Joss Stone back in 2007 i still don't buy as her a credible soul singer with real experience or natural flow. To me she was just an average singer with a good tone that mainstream managmenet overpromoted to be the face of soul music for the UK and the next Aretha Franklin. (coughs)
The music and instrumentation from Introducing was good but it her vocals were one dimension and lacking conviction.
I might preview it to see if her vocals has matured
Are you guys going to buy it and please explain
