Open Question: Richard Burton or Kenneth
Both famous theatre actors who also had success in film.
I watched Kenneth Branagh's version of Hamlet and I wonder if Burton could have done that as well?
The great speech in Hamlet, the 'Alas poor Yorick' speech, Laurence Olivier did it OK but I thought Kenneth Branagh did it very well, I wonder if Richard Burton could do that? It would be great as I think Burton had the best speaking voice of any actor.
I think in film Burton was more successful. 7 time Oscar nominated actor and was in some very good films

Resolved Question: Kenneth Branagh Much Ado
Is there a reason why, in the Kenneth Branagh version of Much Ado About Nothing, all the female characters wear identical white dresses in most parts of the film? Does it have anything to do with the time period the movie is set in?

Resolved Question: Kenneth Branagh's Hamlet
'm writing a paper on the effective use of symbolism and/or motif in the the film. And I have to use the play to defend my the decisions Branagh took. So far I have clothing color, and mirrors as symbolism. I need a third one. and any ideas pertaining to the symbolism in mirrors and clothing would help too!! Its due tomorrow:)
