Resolved Question: Buying a puppy from
A couple from Cameroon says they do not have enough time for their two english bulldogs and are willing to ship one to my nearest airport for $160. They said to pay throu a western union. They also said they'd be willing to let us first recieve the puppy, then give them a confirmation number for the western union so they can accept their payment. Does this sound safe? Is it a scam? I'm seeing a lot about scams from Cameroon Africa... :(( We really want this puppy.
