Open Question: Brazil, Argentina and Chile
Hi, I have made an itinerary through Brazil, Argentina and Chile for two weeks. I know that all three of them are big and should require at least two weeks on their own but considering my curiosity I just could not stick only with Brazil (as here was my initial destination). So I will pass through Rio de Janeiro for four days, then to Buenos Aires for maximum three days, flying down to Bariloche and crossing the Andes to Chile, then going from Frutillar or Osorno to Santiago where I will spend the last days of my journey before returning to Europe. So what do you think of it, i know I missing parts like Patagonia in Argentina or Atacama desert in Chile. For Brazil I must say although there many things to see it is either to expensive or to complicated to reach some places. For example going to Chapada Diamantina makes you spend a lot of money, Brazil does not yet have a proper infrastructure for tourism and therefore I leave it for another time.

Resolved Question: What to see/do in
I bought a return ticket to Santiago de Chile for December 28 till the end on February. I have a lot of chilean friends so i am spending New Year in Chile, but they all work and i want to visit travel around a bit while im there. I have a small list already of places that i want to go, but its mostly typical tourist places. For example: Macchu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, Buenas Aires, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, Patagonia .... I am pretty much looking for someone who has been there or lived there, who has some insider info on amazing places to see or things to do... i have 3 weeks holiday at the moment so im really wanting to get some ideas going so that i can get a better idea of how much money im going to need to save haha. Would really appreciate any info you might have! Thanks in advance ;)
