Resolved Question: Where do I learn mandarin
I've been thinking about learing Mandarin Chinese in Haikou Hainan China and looking for a good place to get started. My mandarin kinda sucks and I really need a teacher who speaks fluent English. Teacher who has overseas experience is preferable.
btw, a friend of mine recommended me to go to this workroom at Haikou coz they got Mandarin Courses with unlimited attendances in a month + Free Chinese Corner + Paid Internships.Sounds like a plan, isn't it? You guys could check it out at http://heutschland.tumblr.com/
What'd ya say?
And any other suggestions?

Resolved Question: Where in China should I
I am choosing between studying abroad next spring in either Qingdao in northeast China or in Haikou on the island of Hainan. Both have agreements through my school. Do you know if it would be easier to travel to other parts of China from one of these cities versus the other? Also, do you know anything about the differences between the two? I love nature and history, and both places seem to be close to areas of interest. I was hoping someone might have some advice for me on how to choose, or personal experience in one or both of these cities.
Thanks!
