Resolved Question: Travel advice needed?
I am taking a trip to Costa Rica in a couple of weeks with my daughter. We have never been before so I am looking for suggestions for activities while we are vacationing. We are staying at a house on the beach and not a resort. Any suggestions? Our location is Playa Potrero and we will have a rental car.

Resolved Question: COSTA RICA! What's the
I've been looking at Jaco and Grecia so far. I'm a disabled U.S. veteran who is planning on moving to Costa Rica next May after I graduate from college. My disability is about $1500 a month, so I'm looking for inexpensive places to live, but still fairly close to the beach.
As well, how can I find apartments down there that are cheap? Google brings up a bunch of listings, but most seemed to be aimed at higher end incomes for people looking to retire or only visit. Any information would be amazing! Thanks ahead of time.

Resolved Question: How do i buy real estate
So i am looking into buying property in costa rica. What i would like to do, ideally, is buy a nice house down there, and get a property management firm that would keep care of the landscape and rent it out to vacationers. Then i could go down there once a year and vacation myself. If you guys have any advise that would help me on my path i would appreciate it. Thanks.
