Resolved Question: Questions about the
I'm just curious, is Luxembourg a welfare state like other European countries? I've done some research and found strong evidence indicating that they do provide substantial benefits to its people, however, I haven't found anything that officially declares it a welfare state. And if it is a welfare state, I'm surprised it has such the highest GDP per capita in the world. How could that be explained? (I'm not trying to say that welfare states have low GDPs per capita, they are generally in the middle of the developed world). Just curious. Thanks in advance!
