Resolved Question: Do I need to book a hotel
I am planning to travel around Sri Lanka during the 2013/2014 new years period and I am unsure on whether I will need to book hotel rooms or not. I plan to travel to different areas of the country and my plans and destinations are likely to change while I am there. I would rather book hotels during the trip as a when and need them. Will this be possible? Any advice?

Resolved Question: How long would be a good
Since it is a small country, I thought that I will only go there for a short length of time.
I am from the UK (England) at the moment and am going to Thailand, however on the way home I thought I would stop by at Sri Lanka as I have always loved the country as well as the fact that it is a good way of shortening the long journey home.
How long do you think I should spend there to get the most out of it? I want to see and do a lot so basically how long do I need to spend there?
Also, I am quite an active person and I am quite sporty. I am not the sort of person who sits around and does nothing all day. Would Sri Lanka suit me or is it too much of a slow-paced country?
