Resolved Question: Are black people 'well
I'm going to Switzerland in a couple of months, Bellinzona, St. Moritz and Poschiavo
Part of a big class I'm the only black girl, and a little worried that I'm going to stand out? I've never been to Switzerland before and don't know but about the country. Just wanted to know whether there are a lot of black people around?
(We're traveling from the UK)

Resolved Question: Ancestry.co.uk; Ancestry
I am currently researching my families history using ancestry.co.uk with the essentials membership. In so doing, I have discovered a book, written by my grandmothers aunt Nora Angelina Olgiati in 1982. Her mother and father were Alfredo Olgiati and Erica Marie Semadeni both born roughly 1885, Alfredo in Spain and she thinks Erica was in Kyiv (now in Ukraine, then Russia). I know Alfredo's mother was Angelina Muller, and that he had a cousin, Rodolfo Olgiati, a famous painter. They came to Britain around 1920 and lived in first Tunbridge Wells, Kent and then Birmingham. I would be extremely grateful to anyone who could give me any more information on either Olgiati or Semadeni families, both of which Nora believed to be of Swiss/Italian descent. Her book mentions Milan, Italy, and Poschiavo, Switzerland. Many many thanks.
