Preferably only a fairly short car journey away from Birmingham UK. Other suggestions welcome.

I have only found a few wheel builders in the midlands, im rebuilding a wheel from an old one increasing the rim size and most places seem to prefer you to buy new from them. I was just wondering if anyone knows of any places that are friendly and wont rip me off. Im increasing the front wheel which is currently a 17inch rim 36spoke to a 19inch rim 36 spoke. Using the existing hub. Also is it going to be a problem that the rim previously came off a rear wheel? The rim is 19inch 1.85inch.

I live in the water orton/ coleshill area. Is there a bus route from this area to baddesly ensor or a close location? Thanks
