Resolved Question: What is the best Tom
I'm primarily looking for albums, but if you think a particular song is outstanding, I'd like to hear about it. Looks like my question ended up in the wrong section; words and wordplay of all things. So I'm gonna have to re-post.
I appreciate the answer.

Resolved Question: What do you guys think of
I am a huge fan of this maniacal singer-songwriter. AND! He is finally being nominated to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I think he is very much overlooked and is up there with Dylan, Cohen, Young.
Any fans? Favorite album of his? Oh, Orphans isn't cheating, ha. I mean that is the quintessential album for Tom Waits. If you want to know what he's about listen to that.
I love how he described that album as "songs that fell behind the stove and he forgot them" or something along those lines.

Resolved Question: Nick Cave/David Bowie/Tom
Haha yes i know an odd combination.
So i'm already a fan of David Bowie, i love hunky dory and ziggy stardust, but i don't know where to go from here. What are some of his other good albums?
Also, Nick Cave and Tom Waits, two singers i've been meaning to listen to. Can anyone give me suggestions to good albums to start with for both/either of them?
