Resolved Question: Does anyone else agree
Or does anyone else at least feel it was close performance wise?
I mean what is about Daniel Day-Lewis' performance that makes it so much better than Mortensen's? I kind of think Mortensen's performance was a bit more impressive...

Resolved Question: Viggo Mortensen's
I watched Eastern Promises last night, and it was by far the most compelling and intriguing movie i've ever watched. I'm quite confused with Viggo's character however. He is brutally involved with this russian mafia, but he chooses to not kill Stepan, and persuade Kirill not to kill the baby.. I've heard he is working undercover? But if so.. he goes through all lengths.. such as the the star tattoos. What is your take on Viggo's character?
